What to Expect at Your Initial Appointment
During your consultation, you’ll meet Dr. Hamid and his team. Your Oxnard orthodontist will start by reviewing your health and dental history forms. Then, they’ll perform an oral examination and take x-rays and intraoral images.
Dr. Hamid will also take measurements showing the relationship between jaw joints and teeth. These measurements will be used in conjunction with models of your teeth to show how your teeth and jaw function.
All this information is used to create your customized treatment plan. Dr. Hamid will also consider your treatment goals and preferences and create a plan for metal braces, ceramic braces, or InvisalignⓇ clear aligners.
